I contacted them in September for a quote to repair a gutter, they provided a quote within a day or two and I told them to go ahead, they said they would be out in a few days to do the repair. About a week or so later I hadn't seen or heard from them so I called and they said they would be out the next day. I have been asking these guys for probably 6 months now to come finish some trim on my metal roof. They have ghosted me probably 5 times. They say they will do the job, and then just don't. At least I have not paid them...
