Meh. I am giving 3 stars because it was partly my fault. Ordered flowers for my daughter's 40th birthday. But I procrastinated and only ordered 2 days ahead of time. So... when I saw their "daily deal", I thought it might be easier for the florist to choose from what they already had in stock (and not have to scramble for any flowers they might not have in stock) and I also hoped they would make it "more special" since it was a "Daily DEAL". Beautiful flowers. The owner takes great pride in ensuring the customers are happy. Had ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day and through several issues they never arrived. Owner reached out to me personally to explain and apologize. She then refunded my initial purchase, and personally brought over a replacement bouquet for the ones that didn’t arrive. Service like that shows great pride in her work and earns repeat customers!! Thank you!
