Do NOT use this company. They will take your money to fund another project and then will give you excuse after excuse as to why they cannot make the appointment. THEN, once you finally have had enough and ask for the deposit back, well, they don't have the money. Tim has yet to honor a single agreement made to our community. He is a liar and a crook. Again, DO NOT USE!!

Please understand I had a lot of materials already purchased for job and during this time I could not just” come up with full fund” as buisiness has slowed during rescission. Tim sent 3 young boys. 1 worked & 2 goofed off. Broke slate to waterfall. Tim said he would replace 3 weeks ago has not done so & have not heard from him. They were to fix a waterfall & did not. Charged my 88 year old handicap mother $900 & the pond was still very dirty. This is what she looks at everyday. There website says they are a Christian family. Sounds more like a theif

It’s very hard to clean a pond when mother wants 50% of bottom of pond is mud and Lilly roots that she wanted to stay. We cleaned pond to spotless then added water and dirt in Lillie’s was stirred up. I explained this to mother before we followed orders to leave Lillie’s. And yes someone probably got it cleaner 10 years prior to us coming Lillie’s we’re most likely in pots or not as overgrown.
Tim ****** was paid $9,300 towards a $14k project. Business owner (Tim ******) took payment in October 2021 and advised the project (community entrance water fountain) would be complete at the end of November 2021. After several excuses given from Oct 2021-June 2022, the project has gone no further than a liner being installed for the fountain. The day aftet they cam to clean my pond. Two of my Koi's were dead and my pond level was getting lower. Tim blamed the dead fish on their dechlorinator supplier. He said he would come over right away and fix the waterfall they messed up that was causing the pond to lose water, and would replace my fish. That was many weeks ago.
Very unreliable, constantly changes appointments, makes up excuses, poor quality work. We are having to hire another company to rebuild our pond. Please check the Better Business Bureau and multiple sites for reviews about the actual service you are hiring then for.
My advice is to stay away from this business. I contracted this business on 22 December 2020 and still do not know if the work they did even works. They told me they worked through the winter but I had delay after delay, one accuse after another. They were suppose to repair the flow into the pond and it took so long that it left the pond empty. In the period that it was left empty critters got into the pond and damaged it more than it ever was and would not hold water. So now I have to repair the entire pond. And because of ... read more

Tim and his crew are wonderful! They come when they say they are coming and do a great job. I have had them take care of my pond for a number of years and continue to be impressed with the service provided.
