All of our ice cream is made from all natural ingredients: milk, cream, sugar, vanilla, eggs and extracts and Wilson county strawberries, blueberries and blackberries. We get our milk and cream from the Middle Tennessee State University dairy department and our eggs are from local farms. We make our own mix in a 30 gallon pasteurizer. Our flavors are endless. I wouldn't have dreamed of having anyone but Two Fat Men cater for my big day! From start to finish, they were so easy to work with. Any changes or updates I needed to make to the menu or guest count were easily accommodated and the day of service was phenomenal. Contacted this company based on folks that are close to me that work for them for our wedding. We went back and forth with the understanding they would only do the bartending aspect and this was not a conflict per their representative. We entertained with the idea of using them for food later, but decided to go another route. We got married this past weekend, and Two Fat Men Catering was our caterer at Butterfly Hollow. We live out of state, so we didn’t get any kind of tasting, so we definitely trusted them blindly! But the food was so good! The staff that worked were so nice and helpful, the food was delicious. I have zero complaints at all, it was overall a beautiful day and this catering helped make that happen. They even left a sweet basket of snacks and congratulatory card in our room before they left 💕
Two Fat Men catered our open house for the television station that I work at and did an AMAZING job! From the moment they came to look at our space to the moment they left after the event the staff was professional and SO SO nice! The food was insanely amazing, the presentation was beautiful. They even tried to match the decor we currently had in the room! We didn't ask them to do that. Just one of the many ways they went above and beyond! I highly recommend them for any event you may have!

We worked with Debbie who was extremely professional & helpful throughout the entire process, she went over and above to make our night spectacular. Debbie sent a beautiful basket full of petals from our flowers, snacks, wedding food and desserts (thank you) back to the honeymoon suite for us to enjoy. I had the perfect wedding day and owe so much to Two Fat Men. Thank you so much!
