My wife and I have nothing but high praise for the professionalism of "Two Dudes Window Cleaning". As a way of background, the high winds we experienced this spring coincided with our neighbor's tree to our west throwing off its helicopter seed pods. This year the tree threw off thousands of seeds, with the majority of them landing in our yard since we are east of them. The high winds blew many of the seeds onto the roof of our second story home. I was extremely impressed with this company. I was contacted the same day I sent the request. They actually called and had a cancellation and were able to do the job almost 2 weeks earlier than expected. The gentlemen who came out to my home were very courteous, professional, fast and thorough. The minor problems they discovered were immediately brought to my attention and rectified on the spot. I found that although they were friendly enough and mostly professional when they came for the work (and I was truly hoping to use them again), they were not forthcoming on price. I believe they have overcharged me for the work. They also missed two windows that were over a roof for which they deducted $20. Also, I do not believe they counted the window panels correctly...stating they cleaned "54 panels inside of the great room alone" when in fact I have half that number of windows. Its unfortunate that asking to be paid for a job completed six weeks prior results in a BBB complaint. We did extra work including cleaning both sides of glass panels on her stairwell which wasn't a part of the original quote, and we also cleaned some area of gutters for her (no extra charge) and let a gentleman helping her prepare for her party use some our equipment, and washed some screens at no extra charge.
