I really wish there was something I could do to get it back. But of course, they don't answer, and they won't let you dispute it. Two doors is a really great property management. I always get my questions answered and Sara is always a delight to talk to!
Do not rent from this place! They are very rude and unprofessional! When you tell them things need to be fixed they get an attitude. You can never talk to a real person, everything is virtual, and when you call the office they never have an answer, just want you to send an email and still not get an answer! I cant wait until my lease is up and will not renew my lease with them! Run! Run! Run!
I've had properties managed by Two Doors Realty for over 5 years. They're great at finding the best tenants for your rentals. They are also quick to respond to any questions one might have. Best property managers around.
