As a military family, I reached out to Two Doors Down in advance to inform them that there might be a delay in our rent payment and requested a two-week grace period. They initially stated that after five days I would be notified and then have another five days to pay or move out. Communication skills lack.
We have been using Two Doors as a property manager for several years. They are always responsive and keep us in the loop when any repairs or maintenance items come up. Repairs are always completed in a timely manner. We have been happy with everything from tenant placement to turnovers. I would definitely recommend Two Doors for any OKC property management needs.
Please do your best to avoid this property management company! They are very rude, dishonest, unprofessional, and unorganized. My family had a lease with two Doors property management company from 2/28/24 until 7/3/25. And it was horrid. Before moving in we were told the home would be cleaned and ready for move in.
