The food is delicious. The staff are courteous. But the wait time for our very basic order was entirely ridiculous. The staff does not appear to be able to get the timing right; for instance bringing out a Stromboli and an order of fries 40 minutes after the folks in our party of 5 who ordered slices, got their food. It needs to all come out at the same time, meaning start the Stromboli first, then warm the slices a few minutes before the Stromboli is done. And 40 minutes to wait for a Stromboli and fries is not appropriate.... read more

Ignorant employees.. Didn't bag my order right the bag ripped open and it spilled all over my pants when I was walking to my car.. Walked back in told them the issue and they were sitting there giggling the whole time about what happened.. NEVER ORDERING FOOD FROM THERE AGAIN
