Great staff. They are passionate about giving your animal friends the best possible care.
When I had my elderly Terv, Daisy, Dr Schaffer was extremely compassionate in helping me deal with her end of life care. Daisy required some emergency visits and Dr Schaffer always followed up with phone calls that night. More recently I had to bring my Dad's Doberman in for a tumor removal. It was a high risk situation and Dr Spink squeezed him in to the surgery schedule and then took on what she expected to be a very challenging operation. We were traveling in the area over a holiday weekend, and our puppy of course started showing signs of illness as soon as we got here. I left a message for the on-call doctor (Balsis) at 8:00 Sunday morning, and received a call back in 5 minutes. She was very calming, and talked through the options over the phone, which included her coming into the clinic. We come up here a lot, and it's great to know we have a reliable source of care if needed. Thank you Dr. Balsis!
I always feel like all my questions are answered and they are not rushing me. I feel like they genuinely care about my dog's well-being. Very thorough and caring.
Two by Two got us in immediately for a doggie dental crisis, and were amazing. Took great care of my fur friend in record time. Can't say enough great things about them!
