I had a scheduled appointment. They then called up after I made the appointment and changed it because they forgot that it was a holiday weekend. I was fine with it. I rescheduled for the next weekend, and they never showed up. I didn't even get a phone call saying that they weren't going to come. I ended up going with someone else.

DONT DO IT TO YOURSELF! They should be out of business and I hope very soon. The fist clue should be when you call. More than most likely it will be a person who knows or cares less about scrap metal. I'm sure that they are hiring out their work to anybody, and they never get the proper information. I told them I had a pool 15X30 with a half deck, the idiots sent 1 person and a small truck and scale. The driver said he'd be back in two days. I had a pick up schedule for the following day for a broken down boiler in pieces. Forty minutes after I scheduled the pick up 2 men show up at my door telling me they are here to pick up boiler. I also want to state it was not it a visible spot. I asked them if they were from the company and they said yes. I moved my car so they could drive the van towards the back and load up the boiler.
