The technician checked my air conditioning unit and did a great job. He answered all questions on how I can do my part to keep it working properly. Professional, courteous and knowledgeable from start to finish. This literally felt like dealing with a trusted relative who not only knew what I needed, but also knew how to communicate every detail in an understandable way! Couldn't be more pleased! Late review Alert: My water heater tank went out right before Christmas. Called a couple of places and decided to go with Two Brothers. Peter arrived and had the old one out and a new one installed in no time. He updated the old valves to code, and walked me through what all the valves were for and how to re-pilot the tank if needed. I had so many questions and he was so patient and listened to all of my concerns. Having no hot water in the dead of Winter was a completely humbling experience. Peter was great, he was extremely thorough and pleasant to talk to. He found 2 separate sources of gas leaks . He quickly and efficiently repaired both. First was a misfit pipe and second was a malfunctioning valve, after testing each and showing me with my own nose. He hung out for some time after to ensure there was no more gas smell. Fully recommended!
