Tyler was quick, professional, and courteous. Overall just someone who not only gets the job done fast, but has a genuine smile on his face. Our garage door developed a gap and would not close evenly. Tyler came out the same day we called and gave a free estimate. He clearly explained the issue and price for repair without any pressure to use their services. He went on his way afterwards, giving us time to consider our options and research. We then reached back out to get scheduled and he was quick to reply, offering same day installation at a time that worked for me. We experienced a power outage in our neighborhood, and my car got stuck in the garage. While we were able to manually release the garage door to get the car out, we couldn’t get it back into place. The next morning, I called Tyler, and he patiently walked me through the steps to fix the hinge over the phone. He didn’t charge a thing for his help, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable service with a smile!
