Trinity was very responsive to our needs and did quality work. They answered our call immediately on a Saturday and the owner, Dylan, came out within 40 minutes, even though it was a holiday weekend and Dylan and his family were about to head out for the weekend. He explained about replacing the broken spring on our garage door, did the job, and gave helpful tips for prolonging the life of the mechanism. I called Jeff on a Saturday and he was very accommodating to be at my house just a few hours later. He is very personable and showed me exactly where the spring had broken. He installed a better spring than what was there before and lubricated the door for me too. I thought he did good work and was reasonably priced. I'm so glad Jeff was able to fit me in to his schedule or I would not have been able to lift my garage door to get my car out of the garage. I will be glad to refer him anytime.
