PRG Management (formerly Two Blue Management) is one of the worst property management companies in Chicago. I used them to manage two buildings I owned in Chicago, and they underdelivered / mismanaged my buildings over and over and over again. They always had some kind of excuse, but never actually took accountability for their actions (or inactions).
