Wife made an appointment with leah because our fav is no longer with two bits for our 11 yr old. Used her name phone number and email address. She ignorantly tells us that she was under the impression she was seeing my wife. Well...an autistic 11 year old doesn't have an email address or phone number. Then she ignorantly talked about us being late. She said she was going to put us down as a no show but we had a 215 to 245 spot. Lea was had a very bad attitude and was not professional enough to be there that day. I know everyone has bad days but in your place of business, make sure your professional and considerate to every one of your customers. ESPECIALLY WHEN THEYRE WILLING TO STILL TIP YOU. Gave a choppy hair cut for the front. Will find somewhere else more than likely or make sure to make the appointment with someone else.
The people are nice, but don't go if you have long hair. First time I got something weird, but at least I could live with it. But the second time it came out way way too short and nothing like what I asked for. Gonna be months before it is long enough to have a style that I like.
