the employees are clowns, at least the ones in the office are. do not go to them they are pretty pathetic to deal with. if you are a renter and wanting them to manage your property, be prepared to get ripped off. they charge way too much. and get mad at you when you call them on the b.s. if you don't mind getting ripped off.. this is the place for you....
