We were referred to TWM Roofing by our handyman who said they did the nicest flat roof installation he’s ever seen…and that’s all I needed to hear given that we had 2 previous experiences with another Roofer who installed flat roofs on our other properties and did a less than acceptable job. Lead estimator Lee Cox came out to my house for an estimate on my entire roof. I text him the previous estimate the same day & told him to quote me around the same price if possible...its been 4 days & no response from him. So I called the main office & told the lady what was going on. She said the estimate was sent out the next day, which come to find out, it was sent to the wrong email.
