I must say I love this shop and the people that work there. All of them are so talented, kind and respectful. The atmosphere is wonderful and it is super clean. Best shop I've seen in cheyenne. All four of my tattoos are from Jessica and she has done an amazing job on every single one of them. I will always return to this shop. I highly recommend them to any and everyone looking for great art!

Be Forewarned: if you have an emergency situation such as car wreck and injury which require you to reschedule your appointment do not expect any understanding or courtesy... I totally understand that the artist time is money, but there has to be a common ground when it comes to such situations... Regardless, I will no longer refer others to this establishment...

Hey Michael, Mike D here. I apologize that you got called into work. I just wanted to clarify for anyone reading that you were called into work, not in an accident yourself. We make every effort to be accommodating, but as the deposit slip /receipt you were given states, we require a 72 hour cancellation notice. When people cancel for any reason, our artists then do not have the money they counted on that day to help feed their children, pay mortgages, etc. We don't have any kind of pay that makes up for lost time. Ricky did my tattoo and I absolutely love it! He’s very flexible and works with you and what you want done, and actually listens to you about what you want for your tattoo! The other staff is very friendly and talked to me like I had known them for years. There is a very positive vibe with them and they all do great work. I would recommend Twizted Needle to anybody who asked!��

What am amazing bunch of people. I had a downright amazing experience. Facility was absolutely immaculately cleaned, and the staff was a joy to hang out with. Ricky absolutely killed it! I highly recommend this parlor to everyone, especially those that understand what a non- refundable deposit is lol. Thanks guys, you will absolutely have all my future business, and as many people as I can refer to you. Frankly If they go anywhere else, they're losing out.
