Twisters Soda Fountain has great shakes! Great shakes and desserts - really fun atmosphere, and very centrally located in the town - we felt very comfortable walking there from our hotel. Definately worth stopping in!
Would reccommend This was my favorite place in Williams. they have the best homemade cream soda. Their burgers are delicious. I also like their zucchini and mozzarella sticks (not together, they are separate sticks.)

Food is not all that good and they charge 11.4% tax when it should be 6%

I can highly recommend this diner located at Route 66. It is not a tourist trap. We were there today and enjoyed burgers, beer & milkshakes. The prices are more than fair. Staff is fantastic, definetly a place to go when in Williams.
We had Hot Fudge Sundaes, Milkshakes, and homemade Cream Soda. It was excellent all around including the staff.
