Had sum work done on my F250. All I can say is these guys are top notch. Bout as friendly as they come and explained everything that was being done. I’d have no problem taking my vehicles to them at any time.
After getting into an accident with no way to get home, Twisted Wrench refused to look at my car for 5 days. That is until I threatened to have it towed elsewhere. When they finally looked at it, they said it was damaged beyond repair, so I had it towed to another mechanic who able to look at right away, order parts and fix it that day. Twisted Wrench was rude and unable to properly evaluate the damage. I wish the fine people of Sweetwater had a better option than Twisted Wrench.

Aside from my truck not wanting to start due to "bad batteries", after getting a diagnostic only for something completely unrelated, the service was terrible. Definitely could work on communicating with his customers better. Also, when customers decide not to go with your business, don't talk crap to them about "how your time they wasted." or "the bay that their truck had taken up in your shop". Didn't know a lot about this place prior to my experience but if I didn't know that I'd never take my business back there I sure do... read more
