I went out of my way to get here as I am staying in Anchorage, about a 30 min drive. I am completely disappointed. It is a VERY small store with about 40 bolts of fabric. There was me, 2 women and a gentleman in the store. While I received a warm welcome, the experience fell from there. I asked about a quilt, the lady didnt know if they had it. While on a tour with Country Heritage Tours we were fortunate and had the pleasure of visiting this darling store! Katy, the owner is so friendly, welcoming and goes over and above to make your shopping experience the best! She has many displays, variety of fabrics, supplies and decorated so cute. This is a must stop if you are in the area!
Katie (owner) was very kind to walk me through her shop and show me how it is organized. Very knowledgeable and skilled in her creative crafts! She mentioned they rearrange a lot, but she took the time to show me everything and answer all my questions. I appreciate that she has a small, dedicated area for coffee or tea and a place to sit while waiting for her to help customers.
