Disgusted with how I was treated. I went here to get my nails done half my nails were pointing left or right and a bunch of them were pointing up not even laying flat when I asked to fix them she told me maybe she wasn't the nail tech for me and asked me for my email then said she sent my money to some random number I have NO idea who that was saying it was me so she purposefully ruined my nails because she thought I was someone else I'm disgusted that someone would do this and would not recommend to anyone. Great customer service and quick to reply to any questions or concerns
I went here just before Christmas to get my wife a gift certificate, and when I knocked on the door all I got was a lifted head and a dirty look. I realize that it's by appointment only, but at this time of year a note or someone handling gift certificates might help. But your right, shooting a dirty look at a husband is a better way of make that Christmas sale. I won't let my attitude screw with your rating the way your attitude treated me.
