Very clean nice Monique pitner did an awesome job
The lady didn't finish my hair! Did half the color & stated she didn't have the right color to finish it! She stated she would go to beauty supply the next day to get the color & I've heard nothing but excuses ever since! It's been a week now & nothing! If 1 beauty supply didn't have the color there are too many others out there that do! I put my trust in her & even went ahead & paid in full! Lesson learned!
