I had a truly awful experience the last time I went here. Connie has done my hair twice before and it turned out great both times, this time was a different experience. She told me how difficult I am a few times throughout my appointment, said my hair looked like wood grain while processing, and said oops and uh oh a few times while applying color to my hair.
