I cannot express about how wonderful my experience was with Twisted Scissors and Celine. When I walked away, I had a new found confidence, a beautiful cut and foils and a trust in Celine's ability to know what suited me. It was the most enjoyable few hours I have had in a long time. Thank you Celine and I would like very much to keep coming back.
