If you have a gluten allergy don’t come here! I told them my son had a gluten allergy and we ordered the Gluten Free burger with a birthday shake. I told them he had an allergy and they didn’t mention the shake had CAKE in it. When I went to talk with them about this I had to purchase a replacement and they clearly didn’t care about his allergy. Their response, “Oh well. Mandy did an AMAZING job! It was my kids’ first time going and she made their time here extra special by bringing chocolate shakes to the table! She went above and beyond. Thanks girl!

Trying to go out to eat with a group of friends, and having everyone enjoy their meals can be difficult when one is vegan. Twisted Root managed to feed us ALL happily! One of the staff even came out of the kitchen to help me determine which of the condiments were vegan since they didn't have ingredients listed.

We have been several times but something has to change. Not once, not twice, but three times have we order 2 shakes and sat waiting for over 25 minutes. For 2 shakes. Absolutely ridiculous. The one in bossier which we also frequent has our order in no time. We live in shreveport so we try to support the shreveport shops and eateries. But after the 3rd time of it taking over 20 minutes we will not be back.

The burgers were great! The atmosphere is awesome!!! Will definitely be back!! Be sure to try a sampling of their specialty pickles!!!
