I'm strictly reviewing the business process. So, I received a gift card for my birthday. It was purchased at Twisted Root. But then I come in to use it and you all aren't accepting your own gift cards because your machines are down. And then I was told it's been down since June. That is pathetic. I have had bad experiences here before with service. But never seen a business allow their gift card system to be down for 2 months. Loved it!!! I will be back and try a different burger every time.
My Grandson brought us there on Sat Afternoon!!! The food was great and THE WATERMELON TEA!!! AMAZING!! We don't have a Twisted Root where we live so it was something different and WONDERFUL!! Thanks again!! Great food and great service... aka.. Lois Lane�
