I guess you're paying for atmosphere because honestly, what in the heck?! We were the only people in there and there were 3 servers. Nobody came to check on us before, during, or after. Would have been better getting wings from Papa John's 🤣. The food is way overpriced and just so mediocre. Day of visit: October 7th, 2025. 4:00PM
What a bummer! We were so excited to finally try Twisted Ranch, but unfortunately, the experience fell short. When we walked in, we waited to be seated. The hostess was friendly, but we overheard a waiter arguing with her about seating, saying a certain section wasn’t his and not to place people there… which was an awkward first impression. Our waitress seemed more annoyed than anything and kept repeating to other tables, “I’m the manager on duty,” which was odd to overhear multiple times. Been here a few times now and was very disappointed today both with drinks and food. Was told chicken recipe was changed recently and instead of the 2 adult tenders as advertised on the menu received 5 crusty brown looking tenders that tasted like rotten pickles.
The food is literally amazing for American classic dishes, the mac n cheese was a phenomenal twist on class mac n cheese with a cheesy ranch as the sauce. The fries were very crisp and amazing for dipping in the unique ranches. We did wait 30 minutes for our food and the atmosphere was dead, but the wait staff were friendly and I would wat here again, the food makes it all worth it
