My first and only experience with them as it's been a nightmare dealing with them. My truck was brought there by Navarre service to have Twisted look into reinstalling the leveling kit, as the previous owner had did a shoddy job. Twisted has had it since at least Feb 18, 2026. First they were backed up and needing to wait for their queue to clear before looking at it, this took about a week.
