The customer service was AWESOME, the food was HEAVEN in a bowl and on a plate. We went to celebrate our birthdays and were not disappointed. Will and have recommended to others, and will return. Our waitress Kristen was the best we have had in a very long time, she went well above what she had to. Thank you so much.

Went in at six p.m. on a Wednesday night, was seated right away. We got our drinks right away but it took an hour to get our food. Yes, they were packed but it shouldn't take an hour. Once the meal arrived, it was Ok. Nothing special. Two of our four had fish and chips, one had to ask for the fries cause the basket came with just fish. You'd think the waitress would have noticed. The place is fairly new so there are kinks to work out. We may try it again in a few months.
Terrible service. 1st of three tables to be seated at 3pm & we were not acknowledged while the other 3 table at least received beverage service. It will be a cold day in FL to get me back in.

Hi Neal! I'm so sorry about your experience. We had a few people out sick today and got slammed from our full page ad in the paper! I was trying to play catch up and get everyone tended to, but taking care of over 100 lunch customers with two people tends to be a bit hectic! We had lunch here today. AMAZING!!!! We can't wait to come back to try other menu items. We spoke with another guest and she has been back several times and loves it as much as we do.
Absolutely wonderful food and wait staff. Our waitress Angel was so sweet and efficient, made us feel at home. Tho whole belly clams and scallop boats to die for and the keylime creme brulee were a great finish to a wonderful meal. Thanks Angel, you are just that! Will take our friends and family there and tell everyone about it. Since this review things have changed, no more lunch menu and customer service has not been great. We no longer go there

The wholebelly clams were excellent, much better than the "authentic" New England places in Ft. Myers. Super Lobster Bisque and Fried Oysters. Definitely going back!
Had thier special of Lobster Alfredo. It was loaded with lobster in a light and tasteful traditional afredo. Great tasting food!
Horrible horrible horrible, starting with the service and ending with the frozen food they serve and wants you to belive that is fresh...

The lobster bisque was amazing. Ordered a bowl and the size was generous. I'll be back
