My boyfriend and I went to eat here for the first and last time. The Service was so slow for a half full restaurant at lunch time. We split oysters and a lobster roll. It took almost 40mins for steamed oysters. 30mins into waiting the waitress came back to our table and told us all it takes longer for steamed oysters. By the time our lobster roll arrived we'd been there an hour. She also never brought a second plate since we was sharing. We had to ask for one. Mmmm Mmmm Mmmm. Our first time eating at Twisted Lobster; not our last. Mike got the steak and lobster. Steak cooked perfectly, luscious lobster . I had the fried shrimp. It was so fresh and crisp!! Usually I hate the southern Cole slaw--there's has pineapple tidbits in it and tastes like northern slaw (has a lot of flavor) . Prices were very reasonable too. They have daily specials!!

What a delicious find! The Sunday special (a live Maine lobster platter with the trimmings) was outstanding. Some places serve previously frozen seafood (and it does have its place) but it always tastes rubbery. This was big, sweet, tender and wonderful. I posted our dinner photo on FaceBook and got rave comments.
The fact the chef is agreeable to cooking your food your way is awesome. We asked for Parmeson grilled oysters and we're not disappointed and Eric & staff are super friendly. Will be back hopefully �
First time there. The Grouper sandwich was delicious. The keylime pie was amazing. Bad thing is it was freezing in the restaurant. The prices were a little high but the food was fresh and hot.
Food was excellent they were short staffed so it took a while.
We found the tails extremely dry. They shrunk down. We are use to juicy the plump. Next time would prefer steamed.

Had the fried shrimp was delicious and a great deal with our lunch coupon. Really enjoyed for our first visit. Will try again so we can rate other dishes.
