I wish I could have experienced going here. I would have liked to set up an appointment and actually speak with someone but they do not return phone calls. I have called multiple times on multiple occasions and have had no return phone call after leaving multiple messages. I will take my business elsewhere and drive down state.

The only place that does braids in Traverse City Michigan. Genavieve is very good and accommodating. My mom's hair was just long enough to have extensions put in. The finished product was good for the length of my mom's hair. The next appointment will be easier for Genavieve, because there will be more hair to work with. We highly recommend this shop, thank you Genavieve.
