My buddies and I weren't from this area and we were looking for a gym. We came across this one and decided to give it a shot. The staff working was amazing, always cleaning and helping the members, he even gave us a tour and helped us find equipment we were looking for. The facility is very professional and organized. Mark and Sonya have created culture of excellence especially in their BJJ members and competitors. If you wanna take your training to the next level this is the place to go!
Used this gym for a year while living on the eastside of Madison. Absolutely loved this facility and wish more places had the modern equipment as twisted fitness. Morning staff was always on time to open the gym at 0530. Clean gym, even through winter. Respected the shoe policy and never saw excess salt on floors from outside. Top of the line Rogue Equipment and lots of room for cross training.
