Great halibut fish tacos! Literally, the best I've had so far in Juneau. A little pricey, but worth it. And the server I had, I can't remember his name, gave me 5 star service, as well. Great experience.
We went to the Twisted Fish today for the outside seating. We weren't very warmly greeted by the guy who ended up being our server. He was short with us and seemed to not really be into his job. The table behind us was not satisfied with the lackadaisical waiter either. I could not see a good reason for him not returning to our table during our meal as the lunch rush was over. Had halibut fish and chips some of the best halibut I've had and trust me I had fish and chips all over the state and lower 48 this was very very good now the clam chowder eh!! Wish they'd get away from using creame of chicken soup or mushroom soup use milk and butter much better also put a clam in it its clam chowder drop the clam in don't just wave it over the pot
I am so totally disappointed in the food and the terrible service we had for dinner tonight. I know it is a busy weekend and expected it to be slower than usual, but OMG! Slow cold appetizers dumped on the table, the did not see our server for 45 minutes just to take our order! I love this place and look forward to eating here. Come on guys!!
