If a tattoo is not right for you, we offer body piercing as well. Our studio is health department inspected & approved. We use only new needles & make sure all our tools are sanitized. Jeremy did my piercing. The piercing itself wasnt bad and he did a good job. Pleased with that. The chick at the desk I didnt care for. I came in and she just acted like I annoyed her that I was there. I didnt get a warm welcoming feeling like I have had at other shops. If I wouldnt have been set on getting the piercing that day I probably would of walked out from the rude vibe I got. My husband went there and had a great experience. I wouldnt go back though. In my opinion Twisted Apple Tattoo is the only place in the Manhattan-Junction City area to get tattooed. I have personally been getting tattooed by Chris the owner for almost 14 years now and I wouldn t trust anyone else to do it. She is very good at what she does, I don t have a single complaint about their shop. Jessica does the piercing and is also very good at it. I got a tattoo on my ribs yesterday that wa supposed to say unbreakable the man who tattooed my wrote unbreakale he forgot the second b in my tattoo. When I noticed it I was already home, I called back up there and the women was so ungodly rude to me. I woild not suggest ANYONE to go get their tattoos there. Worst tattoo shop I have ever been to!!

Went to T.A.T. just to get a pricing on something I had drawn up. No I am not an artist but it was just the general idea so when I went in there Kris said I am not going to my name on that horrible design. Got my labret WAYYYY off center. Terrible piercing. I have lived in Manhattan for 15 years. Take it from an adult who knows the difference between good work and ****. Go to Stray Cat. Go to someplace in Topeka. Go have your friend do it with a needle. Just dont go here! I have seen tat/piercing places come and go in manhattan, and personnel change (I started piercings when most nowadays clients were in junior high or younger). STRAY CAT IS THE ONLY PLACE TO GO.
I have gotten all my tattoos done at twisted apple by Tim. They are the best tattoo shop in Manhattan from the friendly staff to the awesome atmosphere. If u wanna see some of the work that Tim has done just look at my back it explains it all
