I have heard great things about this place. However; I went in there tonight to inquire about getting a tattoo on my finger and how much it would cost. The girl behind the counter said "They start out at \$50." I then said "Its gonna hurt?" She then said to me "I dont know, I would never get a tattoo there, I think that is the dumbest thing people can do, you cant cover it up and some people judge you by having a tattoo, I dont want anything to be held from me, F@*^ that! Fine Line is a very professional establishment and they know what they are doing? I got a tattoo done there and it turned out great! the people are nice and they have reasonable prices!
