Thanks Lisa and Michelle for the hard work and dedication towards getting my daughter ready for the next step in her hockey journey. She’s had a successful season thus far and hasn’t faded yet as we approach the home stretch. Great programs designed for the different kids age groups
I want to note that Lisa is a fabulous trainer, just the right combination of push and encouragement. She creates interesting workouts that allowed me to improve my body strength, flexibility and balance. She also reminds me to maintain correct body position. I would recommend anyone who would like to improve their fitness to work with Lisa :)
Daughter likes the place but coming from Surrey is a bit of a drive especially for an 8pm workout just because our hockey coach likes the place.
