We really enjoyed the excellent food that Ploy and crew served us with a smile and friendly grace. If we ever visit Hopatcong again, Twist on Thai would be the first restaurant we would visit. In fact, I've been thinking of asking Ploy to send some of her delicious dishes to our new home in Pittsburgh because the local Thai restaurants aren't nearly as good.

So excited to have found Ploy again after meeting her several years ago. Her restaurant is exceptional! The service & food are both out of this world! We ordered the Appetizer Sampler, Shrimp Pad Thai and the current special Sweet & Sour Flounder. Everything was delicious. The homemade ice cream is a must! Needless to say, we will return soon.

Love, love, love Twist on Thai. Was not a fan of Thai food before. Loved every dish I have eaten here. Thai noodles are favorite

The best Thai food with excellent service! This is truly one of the restaurants you simply can't visit too often. We've been to Twist on Thai at least a dozen times and will continue to frequent and enjoy this wonderful restaurant. We took some family there and they said if Twist on Thai were in their town (Ridgewood, NJ), you wouldn't be able to get in the parking lot. Keep up the great work!

The best food I've ever eaten. I wish I didn't live 45 minutes away because I would eat here twice a day - every day. Today I had the best meal I've eaten since the last time I came here in the summer. In four words - Perfection at reasonable prices. Suffice to say - I'm a fan.
