Fantastic training for teens looking to level up in their sport. Great guidance in how to properly work with weights.
I have my volleyball team train there. Great workouts and great coaches. Seeing progress only after a month.
Just started so will update review later: Staff is VERY knowledgeable and thorough. Son liked the work out and they are flexible in terms of payment plans and classes. Would definitely recommend
Have my son attending Twist to improve strength and fitness in the baseball off-season. Really happy with the work ethic and teachings of the coaches/trainers. So far classes have had a low athlete:coach ratio and it's been really good value. Definitely getting the most out of my son in terms of training. He loves it.
