My finance and I bought my engagement ring here and the process from start to finish was perfect. Cullen was amazing and helped us get exactly what we were looking for. He was responsive to all of our questions during and after obtaining the ring. I would highly recommend this store.

Amazing experience picking out an engagement ring! Cullen was fantastic to work with on the design, engraving, and sizing. The custom ring took about five months to construct, and since I wanted to propose while traveling in Chile, Cullen helped me work out a creative solution; I picked out and purchased a similar ring from the store to use for the proposal and returned/exchanged it once the main one was ready. Wonderful place, people and history. They carry a well curated collection of products. And most of those are made by designers and artisans that are represented by the store. As such their products do seem to have personality if that is what you are looking for. You need to ask and work with them, their team, and the designers and they will take care of you as they took care of me. My wife loves tanzanite, and Twist had some very beautiful pieces that I’ve purchased for her over the years. Knowledgable and low pressure staff. Great value. The sculpture outside the store is super cool.
