Wonderful place, people and history. They carry a well curated collection of products. And most of those are made by designers and artisans that are represented by the store. As such their products do seem to have personality if that is what you are looking for. You need to ask and work with them, their team, and the designers and they will take care of you as they took care of me. My wife loves tanzanite, and Twist had some very beautiful pieces that I’ve purchased for her over the years. Knowledgable and low pressure staff. Great value. The sculpture outside the store is super cool.

Had a fantastic experience working with Danielle and Cullen to design and custom order an engagement ring from a local designer. Danielle helped us explore setting options and guided us carefully throughout the full process. Her communication was excellent and helped me plan a perfect engagement! Cullen helped curate a range of diamonds that fit our preferences, and ensured the ring was build as ordered. Overall had an excellent experience!
