My wife loves tanzanite, and Twist had some very beautiful pieces that I’ve purchased for her over the years. Knowledgable and low pressure staff. Great value. The sculpture outside the store is super cool.
Had a fantastic experience working with Danielle and Cullen to design and custom order an engagement ring from a local designer. Danielle helped us explore setting options and guided us carefully throughout the full process. Her communication was excellent and helped me plan a perfect engagement! Cullen helped curate a range of diamonds that fit our preferences, and ensured the ring was build as ordered. Overall had an excellent experience!

If something goes wrong they will not even answer your emails. I got a beautiful ring here. After I got home I realized that it was too small so I emailed the sales person. That was 5 days ago. Crickets. Also, the ring was really dull when I picked it up. I foolishly just thought that's how it was supposed to look (I hadn't seen the ring in rose gold when I chose it) Imagine my delight when I got it back from the guy I paid to resize it.
