After researching options for my husband for gluten free dining I thought Twist sounded safe and interesting. We arrived at 5 and selected a number of items from the happy hour menu. The items labeled “gf” are “gluten friendly”. Meaning, not a dedicated fryer and possible cross contamination. The signature mac and cheese the granddaughter ordered was not good...a gummy paste with little cheese flavor. The HH salad for $7 was the best, risotto was flavorless and tacos just ok. Food was incredible as was our server, Megan... really upbeat and great knowledge of the wine and food. Great vibes, highly recommend it.
