Twist literally gives a twist to American cuisine by using traditional fare and incorporating modern details to it. Although the menu is limited, all the dishes are worth trying. The seasonal menu changes, but always features creative, tasty dishes from the freshest ingredients. They have a great list of beers that go really well with some of the food options. The staff is friendly and makes you feel at home.

After researching options for my husband for gluten free dining I thought Twist sounded safe and interesting. We arrived at 5 and selected a number of items from the happy hour menu. The items labeled “gf” are “gluten friendly”. Meaning, not a dedicated fryer and possible cross contamination. The signature mac and cheese the granddaughter ordered was not good...a gummy paste with little cheese flavor. The HH salad for $7 was the best, risotto was flavorless and tacos just ok.
