The entire process was made easy and as pain free as humanly possible. I'm phobic of dentists and the doctor and staff went above and beyond to make me comfortable.
Dr. Okezie went above and beyond to make sure my experience was pleasant. She was VERY informative and knowledgeable, the staff up front are friendly and welcoming as soon as you walk in. My experience has been great, I walked in after hours unknowingly and instead of turning me away, the receptionist helped me even tho she didnt have to. I will be recommending 10/10
Do you want made up charges that your insurance doesn’t cover? Do you want to pay a ridiculous amount out of pocket that you were not expecting to pay to support a selfish money hungry dentist that will only say one word to you? Then come here!
I wish it were possible to give this business (that’s truly all it is, a revolving door to bill your insurance and make you pay for things out of pocket at made up prices) but in order to leave a review you have to give them one star. First and foremost, they are bullies at the front desk. Extremely unprofessional, intimidating and rude - the reviews are not exaggerated. Not sure if they are understaffed but an hr wait for a kids cleaning is ridiculous they send multiple texts confirming appointments but also clearly overbook themselves
