Very Friendly and Truly Professional.
Showed up for my appointment only to be told the front desk person accidentally told me my insurance was accepted. They don’t take my insurance and when I called to double check before my appt, I was assured there’d be no issue. Nothing personal with the doctors here, but without some sort of compensation, that’s my time and gas money wasted that unfortunately, an apology alone doesn’t fix.
