Today was the second time I came into the salon for a pre-booked appointment only to sit and wait well beyond the appointment time without communication from staff. I finally got up and left after 20 because there was no sign that I was going to be helped anytime soon, and at that rate, I wasn’t going to be home in time to relieve my babysitter. I recently went to Twins for a shellac manicure. Angela is amazing! She’s very thorough, pays attention to detail and does a beautiful manicure.

Great service the first time I went, not the second time. Cuts & file burns all over my hands. It is expensive for the quality received. Nails flaked less than 24 hours later, one broke off randomly not long after.
