I stopped by this nail salon after visiting Fuzz Wax Bar next door and decided to try it out for a shellac pedicure. Unfortunately, my experience left me very disappointed. The technician who worked on me seemed rushed and untrained. The cuticle work was bare min and done incorrectly—she just rubbed the tool across my nails instead of properly trimming or pushing them back. I went in the remove my acrylics and get a polish change. I called before going and First they said $30 for remove polish and put shellac and it would take 20-30 minutes and then they said I have gel and its $35. It took 45 minutes to remove the acrylics and polish and then she put shellac polish and then complained that I took my hands out of the dryer, which I did not and then said she has to redo the polish because it didn't dry. Excellent experience! Anna was wonderful and fit me in last minute and did a great job. The prices are excellent and very reasonable. I bite my nails and pick, but there was 0 judgement here. Great bio gel, very fast. Clean and modern salon with lots of options.
