This place is a joke because of the two owners so called Alan and Jenny. They ruined my nails and it’s been 4 months and nothing helps to get them back to their healthy forms. Their pedicure is also not acceptable when they’re a bit busy.
Absolutely horrendous service and work!!! My nails are permanently damaged from the terrible “gel” they used and the way they took off the nails after. After 3 months, my nails are still not back to the same way they were and Jenny refuses to take responsibility. The owners Jenny and Alan are rude and greedy. STAY AWAY
My wife and I have been going to Twins Nails and Spa for many years, and we’ve known Tina for over twenty years. Jenny, Tina, Nancy, Alan, and Donna have all done a great job over the years and have always made us feel welcome.
My wife and I have been going for 15+ years. Tina , Jenny, Nancy, Donna all great job! Alan works overflow now.
