We hired Mark and his crew to do footers for a big garage, garage slab, driveway and stamped patio. He: -never followed the drawings for the blocks, even though I sent them -the poured footings for the garage foundation are 4 inches out of level -his team ended up cutting out sections and refilling / doing various patchwork ensuring the concrete wouldn’t heave, other pros disagreed so he removed it all except the footings. -the patio was done so poorly.
