Worked with the team at Twins Buick 95% over the phone. They were quick and helpful in gathering any and all info they could over the phone and online so that when I went to pickup my new 2021 GMC Canyon Denali it was a smooth transaction with the least amount of in person as possible. This was very useful considering I lived 2 hours from their shop. I appreciate their work and help and would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting quick service and friendly staff. New truck was clean and as advertised, very satisfied.
