This place is incredibly unprofessional. I should have listened to the negative reviews. Some of them are years old, but they're clearly still having the same problems. During intake, they misspelled my son's name, which caused issues with our insurance. That was frustrating but manageable. The bigger problem is that every time I make an appointment, the "reminder call" gives me a different appointment time than the one I originally scheduled. The services received was great, verry efficient and result was amazing, the therapy sections was well handled and they understood the condition, I highly recommend them.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. This location is having trouble keeping doctors. We’ve been trying to get back in since beginning of summer. I normally don’t leave a bad review but I am really frustrated with this company. I am transferring somewhere else this is a waste of time. My daughters medication has not filled since may and I needed it before school And also I do want to report that they done even tell the patients they are leaving no email and or no letter in the mail.
It was a very enjoyable experience at Twinkle Peds Psych . They are very knowledgeable when it came To my son who has autism, anxiety, and ADHD. Recommend this place !
