Not recommended, my son sees dr hughes because we live in a rural area, we have opted and for virtual appointments. However, scheduling always has conflicts. And when we cancel twenty four hours prior to the date of an appointment, it is always an AI and then we are charged for the appointment, as if we are a no show, then I was told. Do NOT go here if you want your test results in a timely manner. We started our daughter’s testing back in January and it’s the end of August and we still don’t have her results. I called today for an update and they said due to staffing issues. They probably wouldn’t have the results until the end of the year. So frustrating!! Editing on 10/5: we finally did get our results back last week. They said the staffing issues are improving so hopefully it won’t take so long in the future.

My son has level 2 autism since he was 2 and he has made so much progress since his first day here. He went from none verbal to saying, "1 2 3" with some help of course. Everyone is super considerate, kind, and patient.

Literally 0 stars. These people don't know their own process at all. They don't pay attention to any details on referrals, they cancel appointments without communication, they don't offer solutions when they do drop the ball. No one writes down any notes in patient records so you have to repeat yourself constantly and fight for your kiddos appointment times or treatment. Pick any other place, literally. Wait the additional time and go elsewhere.
