I’ve been living here now for just about 10 months. The community of people that live here are Nice and respectful. The owner himself is a hard-working gentleman and does the best he can to keep his units in good working condition and keeping them as clean and up-to-date as possible. During my move and I was satisfied with how things looked and how the presentation was represented. All around great first place beside a house! Happy Hunting

The place is a smokers paradise. Lived on 2nd floor and the smokers were always under my window so I got all the second hand hand smoke I could take! The butt can next to the front door was emptied once a year, and it got nasty! Halls had holes and were dirty! Laundry facilities were poor at best, it they worked? People left things in them over night! Apartment was not cleaned before I moved in so my deposit was used to clean for next tenant. I my year stay the police were called to the apartments 4 times. Crappy landlord. Place wasn't clean when I moved in. Told me I could hand in rent until the 8th with no late fee, and now he yells and says I paid late every month and says how he was doing me a favor. General care of the building is extremely lacking. Walls are dirty and discolored when you walk in. Vending machines, but they are NEVER restocked. Always sold out.
